JRJ300-SL laboratory high-speed shear dispersing emulsifier is driven by compact series-excited miniature high-speed motor, suitable for laboratory or pilot plant low to medium and high viscosity liquid stirring and mixing, crushing granular materials in the liquid medium shear emulsification. The machine consists of a high-density die-casting aluminium alloy for the body of the drive motor, high-quality stainless steel refined shear emulsification head and speed controller and other components.

lThe running status controller adopts stepless speed regulator with digital display, convenient speed regulation and correct data;
lThe drive motor adopts a series-excited micro motor with high output power and compact structure, which is designed to be safe and reliable;
lThe shear emulsification mixing work head is made of high quality stainless steel, good corrosion resistance, interchangeable stator easy to disassemble;
lThe shear emulsifying mixing working head is connected to the drive motor by a coupling joint, and runs stably at high speed.
