Beer ageing tester

● HBFT5 beer aging tester is specially designed for beer manufacturers and quality inspection units. The main application is to simulate the 

deterioration process of beer using the principle of high and low temperature rapid impact, and to determine the shelf life of beer with turbidity meter 

or photometer. The main application of the aging tester is that the temperature can be programmed to change between 0°C to +40°C and 0°C to +60°C

 for 24 hours. It can also be used for constant and programmable control of any temperature between -40°C and 150°C.

● Large 4.3-inch TFT color screen display with maximum display accuracy of 0.01 and multiple interfaces switchable at will;

● The machine is designed with moving and handling handles at the front and rear, and universal casters at the bottom with locking function at the same time;

● Three kinds of temperature setting methods: 1, setting temperature can be increased and decreased by pressing the key 0.1 degree or 0.01; 2, also can be increased 

and decreased quickly by long pressing the key; 3, fast cursor movement to change the setting value directly;

● Combination of high efficiency compressor and intermediate PID control technology, more energy saving, more stable temperature, stability ±0.03℃;

● Heating and cooling function and circulation function can be controlled independently and separately, or automatically at the same time;

● Three levels of safety protection: the first level of low liquid level protection, when the liquid level is low, to alert the user, the user can add liquid operation, and wait

 for the stop when no liquid is added; the second level of adjustable hardware safety temperature protection, when dry burning can be promptly cut off the heater power; 

the third level can set high and low temperature limit, when the detection temperature exceeds the set value for alarm and stop, various alarm codes are directly displayed,

 and the error point can be directly determined The buzzer can be set to be silent or audible when alarming;

● The large opening of the sink is designed for easy cleaning, liquid filling and liquid level observation;

Three operation modes can be selected, which can be set to run automatically when the power is turned on (and continue to run when the power is turned on after an

powered on, and the set value cannot be changed (it will continue to run when the power is accidentally disconnected);
