Application:
● The dry nitrogen evaporator is mainly used in the concentration preparation of large batches of samples, such as sample preparation in drug screening, hormone analysis, liquid phase, gas phase and mass spectrometry analysis. Working principle: By blowing nitrogen gas into the surface of the heated sample, the solvent in the sample is quickly evaporated and separated, so as to achieve the purpose of anaerobic concentration of the sample and keep the sample more pure. Using a nitrogen blower instead of a common rotary evaporator for concentration can condense dozens of samples at the same time, greatly shortening the sample preparation time, and save time, easy operation and speed.
Main Features:
1. Each purge needle can be controlled independently, with 12 airway control switches, no gas wasted.
2. The heater enables the sample to be quickly and effectively heated to the evaporation temperature, while the gas is blown from the gas chamber through the gas needle to the surface of the solution, which promotes the rapid evaporation of the solution and the concentration of the sample.
3. The whole working system consists of adjustable gas chamber and heater.
4. The position of the gas needle in the air cavity can be changed to make it suitable for different test tubes. The standard gas needle length is 150mm.
5. The height of the air cavity can be adjusted according to the height of the solvent level. When concentrating toxic solvents, the entire system can be placed in a fume hood.
6. Automatic fault detection and alarm function.
