Product Applications:

● HM-24 multi-sample tissuelyser model is a special, fast, efficient, multi-tube system. This machine is also known as, tissue grinder, rapid tissue grinder, multi-sample tissue homogenizer, rapid sample homogenization system. It can extract and purify raw DNA, RNA and proteins from any source (including soil, plant and animal tissues/organ, bacteria, yeast, fungi, spores, paleontological specimens, etc.).     

Application areas: 

● Suitable for grinding and crushing of various plant tissues including root, stem, leaf, flower, fruit and seed samples; 

For grinding and crushing of various animal tissues including brain, heart, lung, stomach, liver, thymus, kidney, intestine, lymph nodes, muscle, bone, etc;

Multi-sample tissue grinder 24-hole's adopts a special vertical up and down integrated vibration mode, through the high frequency reciprocal vibration, impact and shear of grinding beads (zirconia, steel beads, glass beads, ceramic beads). Quickly achieve the purpose. Make the ground samples with more adequate, more uniform, better sample reproducibility and no cross contamination between samples.

● High number of operations and good results: Highly efficient and fast work can complete grinding of 24 samples in 1 minute. Save time and effort with little inter-batch, intra-batch variation. Higher specific activity of extracted proteins and longer nucleic acid fragments.

● No cross-contamination: sample tubes are fully closed during fragmentation and disposable centrifuge tubes and beads can be used. The sample is kept intact in the tube, avoiding cross-contamination between samples as well as external contamination.

● Easy operation ①Built-in program controller for setting parameters such as grinding time and rotor vibration frequency; ②Humanized operation interface.

● Good stability: ①The vertical oscillation method is used for more adequate grinding and better stability; ②The noise is less than 55dB during the operation of the instrument, which will not interfere with other experiments or instruments.

● Convenient low-temperature operation: When low-temperature grinding environment is needed, the adapter with the sample can be immersed in liquid nitrogen and cooled for 1-2 minutes, and then removed and moved to the main unit for quick fixation to start grinding, without the need for re-freezing treatment, saving liquid nitrogen.

● Good repeatability: the same tissue sample is set to the same procedure to obtain the same grinding effect. The working time is short and the sample temperature will not rise.
